Fd2r Terms & Conditions Platform Usage
Please read these terms and conditions carefully before using any services provided by fd2r. By registering for or using this platform, you are deemed to have understood and agreed to all terms set out below.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing, registering for, or using any part of the fd2r platform — including the website, mobile application, and all related services — you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please stop using the platform immediately.
These terms form a legally binding agreement between you as the user and fd2r as the platform provider. Continued use of the platform after any updated terms are published will be deemed acceptance of those changes. fd2r reserves the right to amend these terms at any time without prior notice.
You must be at least 18 years of age, or above the legal age threshold under applicable Malaysian law, to use fd2r's services. Use of this platform by underage individuals is strictly prohibited, and any account found in breach of this age requirement will be terminated without compensation.
2. Account Creation & Security
Each user is permitted to hold only one account on fd2r. Multiple registrations by the same individual — whether using a different name, email address, phone number, or payment details — are prohibited and may result in all associated accounts being terminated without notice.
During registration, you are required to provide truthful, accurate, and complete information. fd2r reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time for account verification (KYC) purposes. Failure to submit the requested documents within the specified timeframe may result in your account being temporarily suspended or terminated.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account password. All activity that occurs under your account is your responsibility. If you suspect your account has been accessed without authorisation, please contact the fd2r support team immediately at [email protected]. fd2r will not be liable for any losses resulting from your failure to keep your login credentials secure.
3. User Responsibilities & Prohibited Conduct
As a fd2r platform user, you agree to use the service solely for lawful and personal purposes. You may not use this platform for any activity that violates Malaysian law or that could compromise the security, integrity, or functionality of the platform.
The following actions are strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account termination:
- Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other method to access or interact with the platform without written authorisation from fd2r.
- Attempting to hack, disrupt, or compromise the security of the system or other users' data.
- Depositing or transferring funds derived from illegal activities or fraud.
- Sharing your account with another person or transferring account ownership to a third party.
- Abusing bonuses, promotions, or special offers in ways not intended by fd2r, including opening multiple accounts to claim bonuses repeatedly.
Fd2r reserves the right to investigate any suspicious activity and take appropriate action, including placing a hold on account funds while an investigation is ongoing.
4. Payments, Deposits & Withdrawals (MYR)
All financial transactions on the fd2r platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). Minimum deposit amounts and withdrawal limits vary depending on the selected payment method and are subject to change. The latest transaction limit information is displayed in the finance section of your account.
Fd2r supports a range of local payment methods, including online bank transfers and recognised e-wallets in Malaysia. Deposits are typically processed immediately upon confirmation by the payment service provider. fd2r is not liable for any delays caused by third-party payment providers.
Withdrawal requests will be processed within the stipulated business hours, subject to successful identity verification. All withdrawals will be credited to the original payment method used for the deposit, unless otherwise stated. fd2r reserves the right to decline or hold withdrawal requests suspected of involving fraud or a breach of the terms of use.
Bonuses and promotional credits are subject to their own wagering requirements as specified at the time of the offer. Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly until the applicable wagering requirements have been met in full.
5. Liability Limits, Account Suspension & Intellectual Property
Fd2r provides this platform on an "as-is" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, fd2r makes no express or implied warranties regarding the reliability, accuracy, or fitness of the platform for any particular purpose. fd2r shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the use of, or inability to use, this platform.
Fd2r reserves the right to suspend or terminate any user account at any time for the following reasons: confirmed breach of these terms, suspected fraud or money laundering, failure to submit identity verification documents within the specified timeframe, or upon request by a relevant authority. Any legitimate funds in an account terminated due to fraud will not be refunded.
All content on the fd2r platform — including logos, trade names, interface design, text, graphics, and software — is the intellectual property of fd2r or its licensors and is protected by applicable copyright and trademark laws. Users may not copy, distribute, modify, or use any such content without prior written permission from fd2r.
Third-party links that may appear on the fd2r platform are provided for convenience only. fd2r is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party websites. Accessing external sites is entirely at the user's own risk.
6. Changes to Terms & Governing Law
Fd2r reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time at our sole discretion. Users will be notified of material changes via an in-platform notification or an email to their registered address. It is the user's responsibility to review this page periodically to ensure continued compliance with the latest version of the terms.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these terms shall first be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If a resolution cannot be reached within thirty (30) days, the dispute will be referred to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Malaysia.
If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is found to be invalid or unenforceable by a competent court, that provision will be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, while all remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
